After NIST's Dual EC standard was revealed in 2013 to be an actual (rather than just potential) NSA back door, NIST promised more transparency. Why does NIST keep soliciting private #NISTPQC input? (The submissions I'm involved in seem well positioned; that's not the point.)

And, right on cue, NSA pops in on the #NISTPQC mailing list to thank NIST for its effort and to say that NSA has been asked by "many" of its "partners" about #NISTPQC. I don't want NSA's public statements; I want prompt public review of all input to the standardization process.
