The three NIST reports have 14 authors. Not all worked on this full-time for six years, but presumably total work is in the ballpark of 10000 days, i.e., 60 days per report page. There are many NIST references to further information the public hasn't seen, such as NSA "feedback".

Your FOIA requests are completely valid. What makes you think NIST hasn't disclosed all their information? It is good to put some pressure on government agencies. They have a responsibility to the public.
