After #Meltdown and #Spectre, has anyone built an HVM (rather than PV) version of xen-create-image from xen-tools? Or, maybe more useful, a PV-to-HVM converter smart enough to handle a VM created by xen-create-image? Did some searches but haven't found anything functional yet.
