NIST posts scans of the patent statements from all #NISTPQC submitters: https://csrc.nist.gov/projects/post-quantum-cryptography/round-1-submissions Now community has to figure out which patents apply to which submissions. Of course we also have to watch out for submarine patents from non-submitters, but this is a great start.
