Looks like 34 different patents (or applications) mentioned in 19 #NISTPQC submissions, including broken Compact LWE, DME, WalnutDSA and some-params-broken RLCE. This doesn't mean that the other 70% of the submissions are safe: a few important patents affect multiple submissions.

Some patent applications aren't published yet so evaluating their impact this year will be difficult. For example, there seem to be six applications regarding two LWR/RLWR submissions (Lizard and Round2), and for the moment we have no way to tell whether Saber is also covered.
